I examine family, peer, linguistic, and acculturation factors associated with optimal outcomes of adolescents and emerging adults with chronic medical conditions. I also study linguistic, cultural, family, and health factors impacting outcomes of youths with neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder.
